What are your shipping details?

All orders R1000 and over in value qualify for free shipping virtually anywhere in South Africa, while for orders under that amount we charge a flat fee of R100.

Delivery times are typically 2-5 business days, barring any unforeseen issues.

We use UK (4-14) and EU (34-48) sizing for all footwear.

What is your returns policy?

The User may return items for a credit or a cash refund, provided:

They are not climbing gear or underwear items.

The User initiates return of the goods within 7 days of delivery,
